DATS COMMERCIAL SERVICES

Through its subsidiary DATS Commercial Services, DATS can provide cleaning services and an effective waste management service that begins at the source of the wastes. In commercial office buildings, separation of wastes for recycling can begin at each office desk. Separating wastes into the recycling categories on-site substantially reduces the overall costs of waste management.

COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS

DATS can provide routine cleaning services for large commercial buildings. These services include:

• Conventional cleaning and aggregation of wastes as mixed waste, OR
• Separating wastes into recycling categories on-site for dispatch direct to a reprocessing facility for conversion into useful materials for sale. See Recycling.
• The DATS building cleaning system enables different types of wastes to be separated at the waste bin at each desk and communal location. The wastes are transferred to separate containers on the cleaner’s cart and delivered to a set of segregated bins at the waste disposal dock for collection.

CONSTRUCTION SITES

DATS can provide specialist cleaning and waste management services for construction sites. These services include:

• Providing manpower for on-site control of waste management (i.e. separating wastes into recycling categories) in accordance with the site waste management plan, either over the entire construction period, or during critical periods.
• Conducting major site clean-ups at critical stages such as when the construction work has been completed and immediately prior to occupation of the building.
